Nana Akua is a senior associate Corporate Legal Concepts and advises clients on corporate and commercial transactions, employment and labour law, and property law. Her work with the firm includes drafting and reviewing various agreements for corporate clients, advising on regulatory compliance and governance issues, representing clients in court and at the labour commission and the provision of company secretarial services to corporate clients.

Nana Akua Anobea Ashun holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) Degree from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology and a Qualifying Certificate from the Ghana School of Law in October 2015 and is a member of the Ghana Bar Association.

Nana Akua has a keen interest in construction law and commercial arbitration.
