Nana Adwoa holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from the University of Ghana, a Qualifying Certificate in Law from the Ghana School of Law awarded in October 2019 and a Certificate in International Human Rights Law from the Florida State University/International Bar Association.

With interest in intellectual property law, corporate law and arbitration, Nana Adwoa regularly engages in the registration of new businesses with the relevant statutory bodies, acquisition and renewal of licenses, legal advisory on business compliance and the registration of intellectual (and industrial) property rights.

She is a member of the Ghana Bar Association.
